RR09 – Structured reference is invalid or missing

    RR09 – Structured reference is invalid or missing

    RR error code – Common when there is an error related to the information in the payment.

    Causes:

    • KID number in the payment is incorrect or missing

    • If one payment contains an incorrect KID number, all payments in the payment file will be rejected

    • Account number in the payment is missing digits

    Solution:
    If you receive this error message, check the following:

    • Verify that all payments have the correct KID number

    • Verify that the account numbers in the payments are correct

    If you are certain that the payments contain correct account numbers and KID numbers, you may try resending the payment. If the error persists, please contact our customer support at support@aritma.com. Include the following information about the rejected payment:

    • Company (Name and organization number)

    • Sender account number

    • Amount

    • Date
