OCR is used for the automatic reading of KID numbers, account numbers, and amounts on invoices.

How can we obtain OCR files?

If you use payment services via Aritma, a KID/OCR agreement can be ordered through your bank. It will be necessary to contact the bank to request payment files (Camt54C files) that include OCR information.

How do we order OCR files?

Please contact your customer advisor at the bank to order OCR files.
