Unable to Log In to Pay (Error: no matching state found in storage)

Unable to Log In to Pay (Error: no matching state found in storage)

Some customers may experience issues logging in to https://pay.aritma.app/, even after entering their password and the code from their phone.
The error message shown is: no matching state found in storage

Why does this happen?

This issue is caused by an expired login token being stored in the customer’s bookmark.
If the customer has saved a direct login URL (with a token included), the token will eventually expire. Once expired, logging in will always fail until the bookmark is corrected.

How to fix the issue

  1. Edit the bookmark:

    • Right-click the bookmark in the browser.

    • Select Edit.

    • Replace the saved URL with:

      https://pay.aritma.app/#/dashboard
    • Save the change.

  2. Clear cookies (if problem persists):

    • Go to your browser settings.

    • Clear cookies for pay.aritma.app.

    • Try logging in again.

Why this works

By saving the correct bookmark (https://pay.aritma.app/#/dashboard), the system will automatically generate a new login token when needed. This prevents the “no matching state found in storage” error from reappearing.
