FF02 – Syntax error

FF error messages – This commonly occurs when there are issues related to file format, syntax errors, or missing information.

Causes:

• Incorrect content in the file (for example, wrong IBAN or division)

• Incorrect setup of the agreement with Aritma or the bank

• Other causes

Solution:

• Verify that the content of the payments is correct

If you are certain that the payments contain the correct information, you may try resending the payment. If the error persists, please contact our customer support at support@aritma.com. Include the following information about the rejected payment:

• Company (Name and organization number)

• Sender account number

• Amount
