    FF01 – The file format is incomplete/invalid

    FF error messages – This commonly occurs when there are issues related to the file format, syntax errors, or missing information.

    Causes:

    • Problems with the XML file

    • Syntax error in the file

    • Your bank did not complete validation of the file before it was sent

    Solution:
    Please contact our customer support at support@aritma.com. Include the following information about the rejected payment:

    • Company (Name and organization number)

    • Sender account number

    • Amount

    • Date
