DU01 – Message ID is not unique

Causes:

• ISO files contain a unique payment reference in the MessageID field, which is validated by the bank upon submission. If this ID has already been submitted, the files will be rejected. Each file must have a unique reference.

Solution:

• Contact our customer support at support@aritma.com. Include the following information about the rejected payment:

  • Company (Name and organization number)

  • Sender account number

  • Amount

  • Date
