In the Tools menu - Archive transactions, you can archive transactions.
This is typically done when you have older data that is no longer needed, e.g., transactions from previous years.
The Archive transactions menu option archives the active client.
The Archive transactions option under "Tools (For ZData)" archives all clients. This function requires a password and is only available for Artima.
