AM02 – The transaction amount exceeds the allowed maximum

AM error message – Common when errors occur related to the amounts in the file and the available limits in the bank.

Causes:

• The payment amount exceeds the permitted maximum limit

Solution:

• Check with the beneficiary of the payment and/or your bank to confirm whether there is a maximum limit on the amount allowed between the accounts

If neither you, the beneficiary, nor the bank are aware of any such limit, please contact our customer support at support@aritma.com. Include the following information about the rejected payment:

• Company (Name and organization number)

• Sender account number

• Amount

• Date
