AG07 – Debtor account cannot be debited

Causes:

• The account you are sending from cannot be debited for various reasons

• Insufficient funds may be the cause

Solution:

• Check if the account you are sending from has sufficient funds

• Try sending the payment from another account

If your account has sufficient funds, try sending the payment from a different account. If you still receive the same error message, please contact our customer support at support@aritma.com. Include the following information about the rejected payment:

• Company (Name and organization number)

• Sender account number

• Amount

• Date
