AG03 – Transaction type not supported/authorized on this account

Causes:

• One possible cause is that your account does not accept KID payments, or that the KID is incorrect.

Solution:

• Check that the KID in the payment is correct

• Contact our customer support at support@aritma.com. Include the following information about the rejected payment:

  • Company (Name and organization number)

  • Sender account number

  • Amount

  • Date
