    AG01 – The transaction is forbidden on this account type

    Causes:

    • The account you are sending to cannot receive payments

    • Wrong account type, for example a tax account

    • Invalid account number (too long, too short, etc.)

    Solution:

    • Ask the beneficiary if their account can receive payments

    • Verify that the account number in the payment is correct

    If you are certain that your payment is being sent to a valid account number, please contact our customer support at support@aritma.com. Include the following information about the rejected payment:

    • Company (Name and organization number)

    • Sender account number

    • Amount

    • Date
