Cannot see a payment in Pay Portal
If you do not see payments you have submitted to the Pay Portal, this may be due to several reasons. Here are the most common:
1. The account belongs to an account group you do not have access to
If the payment account is part of an account group you cannot access, you will not see the payments.

2. The number of approvers on the bank agreement is set to 0
Each agreement for a company with the bank includes a parameter that defines the number of approvers required per payment.

If this is set to 0, payments will not stop in the Pay Portal for approval but will be sent directly to the online bank for approval there.

As a result, the payment will not appear in the Pay Portal.

Contact Aritma Support if you are unsure how many approvers your agreement requires.
3. Check Aritma system status
If neither of the above explains the issue, check the system status for Aritma at https://status.aritma.com.
If all systems are operating normally, contact support for assistance.
