Activation

Bank integration enrollment with Nordea Sverige is done by completing the form:

1 Navigate to the following form: https://www.nordea.se/foretag/produkter/betala/bestall-corporate-access.html

2 Choose Aritma as Ekonomisystem, and fill out the following information:

• Info about your company and contact person
• The accounts you wish to connect (max 3 accounts)
• Bankgironumber for incoming payments (important to get detailed inpayment data on the integration)
• Account for bank fees

3 After filling out the form, the person you defined as signatory will receive an agreement for digital signing.
When this is signed, Nordea will alert Aritma and the integration will be completed.

Note: Nordeas digital form is limited to 3 accounts. If you wish to connect more than 3 accounts, you must contact your Cash Management advisor in Nordea to activate the integration.
